Middle School - Grades 6 to 8
The Middle School bridges the critical gap between the lower school IB inquiry-based approach to learning and the specialized university preparatory program of the upper school.
The Middle School program fosters the unique individual needs, talents and passions of the adolescent learner - academic, athletic, social, creative and spiritual. Student self-management, critical thinking, creative expression, organizational skills and ethical decision making are integrated into a challenging, yet supportive environment.
Students develop in-depth knowledge and skills based on the Ontario curriculum. Students receive differentiated learning opportunities from a specialized staff, following a rotary subject approach.
Athletic, social and creative opportunities include varsity sports, clubs, drama, student council, chapel services, and both choral and instrumental music.
