As you visit our website you will soon see that SJK is a vibrant school community rooted in a clear mission of excellence in education both in and outside of the classroom.  Whatever grade our students are in, they are challenged and supported in meeting their goals in an exceptional learning environment. 

Whether students follow the requirements of the International Baccalaureate's  PYP programme, the Ontario curriculum or challenge themselves with university level Advanced Placement (AP) courses they will be well positioned for the next step in education and their adult lives.  There is also a wealth of extracurricular activities offered at SJK, particularly in sport, music and the arts that brings learning to a new level.  Although there are clear denominational roots at SJK dating back to our founding in Elora in 1972, issues of religion and spirituality are embraced at a broad level as we seek to better understand meaning for ourselves and the global community. 

Beyond our programmes and beautiful rural campus, we have a set of core values that includes high standards, respect and citizenship that allow for young people to thrive both in and outside of this special school community.
