Mr. Brad Spruin

Brad is a Managing Director, Investment Banking with National Bank Financial, where he has advised on mergers & acquisitions and capital financings for leading Canadian companies over the past 18 years. During this time Brad has worked with entrepreneurs, CEOs and Boards throughout their life cycle, providing advice on optimal growth strategies, tailored funding needs and where applicable monetization options.

Brad holds a Master of Financial Economics (MFE) from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in applied economics from Queen’s University. Brad and his wife Anne have two kids (Violet and Bennett) who have attended SJK since Junior Kindergarten.
