Ms. Dietrich continued her educational journey at the University of Western Ontario, completing both a bachelor and master’s degree in education while coaching the varsity field hockey team. She joined SJK in 1998.

Since joining SJK, Ms. Dietrich has taught physical and health education to students from K – Grade 12 and coached athletes from Grades 6 – 12. She believes that by genuinely interacting with students, including working alongside them, they will be motivated and inspired to enthusiastically explore and regularly push themselves to reach their full potential.

Ms. Dietrich was first attracted to SJK because it offered her a unique opportunity to teach and coach at a school that saw the inherent value in combining strong academics with a rigorous athletics program. She is inspired daily by the maturity and ambition of her students. She is passionate about trail running, mountain biking and reading.
