Ms. Cris Vangel earned a Bachelor of Science and Honours Bachelor of Outdoor Recreation from Lakehead University in addition to a Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. Ms. Vangel is an enthusiastic geography educator with a passion for experiential learning. Her teaching journey began in the captivating landscapes of New Zealand, and she has recently arrived at SJK after spending the last 16 years teaching at Holy Trinity School. Ms. Vangel is excited to begin the next chapter of her teaching career at SJK! She is passionate about helping the students develop a deep connection with the world, to be curious and engaged global citizens.
