Ms. Ducharme joins us from an early childhood education centre in Mississauga where she spent the last nine years as a Head Registered Early Childhood Educator Room Supervisor and Acting Assistant Director. She is motivated to help children and families develop social, academic, and creative abilities to foster well-being and progress in a welcoming and safe environment. Ms. Ducharme is a member of the College of Early Childhood Educators and has a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Humber College.
