Ms. Himanshi Dhawan

Ms. Dhawan is passionate about education's power to shape lives, open doors, and create meaningful opportunities. With a background in teaching, sociology, education, administration, and project management, she brings a diverse range of experiences and perspectives to her work in education.

Ms. Dhawan holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Administration from Brock University, as well as a Master of Sociology, a Bachelor of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts (sociology) from universities outside Canada. Before coming to Canada to pursue her post graduate studies, she worked as a teacher, an experience that continues to shape her belief in the importance of creating supportive and meaningful learning experiences for every student.

Her professional journey has also included administrative roles with organizations in New Delhi and at Brock University, where she developed strong skills in project management, organization, coordination, and relationship building.

Ms. Dhawan deeply values the sense of belonging that comes from being part of a strong community. She is passionate about building connections between students, families, and the wider community, and believes that some of the most meaningful educational experiences happen when these connections come together.
