Miss Jalynn Grant holds a Bachelor of Early Learning Program Development from Conestoga College and a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University. She has been a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) since 2022.

Miss Grant has worked as an RECE in both the Waterloo Region and the Greater Toronto Area. Her passion for advocating for children and creating equitable learning environments is deeply connected to her work as an equity justice leader. She believes that every individual should experience a strong sense of belonging and have opportunities to share both their strengths and vulnerabilities.

In addition to her work with children, Miss Grant is an instructor in the Early Learning Department at Conestoga College, where she mentors and inspires the next generation of Early Childhood Educators. She places great importance on building trusting relationships, cherishing the privilege of working closely with children, families, and fellow educators.

Outside of the classroom, Miss Grant enjoys teaching, fitness, the outdoors, and being a mother to her son.
