Paul graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in economics and financial management. After starting his career in the financial lending sector in downtown Toronto, Paul returned to his roots, where he joined forces with the largest land owner in the region and was instrumental in growing the company into the largest land developer in the region, creating dozens of large-scale subdivision projects.

In 2017, Paul formed his own company, where he now focuses on mid- and high-rise condominium projects. Looking forward, Paul is actively engaged in over a half dozen large-scale developments, including the tallest approved building in the region to be built in the heart of downtown Kitchener.
